Project Description: This project provides design and construction management services for the W.B. Casey WRF Polishing Plant and Waste Activated Sludge (WAS) Thickening Facility. The services include design and construction oversight of a phosphorus polishing facility, a new discharge pipeline to the Flint River and a new waste activated sludge thickening facility.
