LaTosha has over 19 years of experience as a Human Resources professional and many years of direct experience building and managing human resources functions in rapidly changing environments. LaTosha’s educational background, professional experience, and involvement in human resources planning, is an asset in providing resolution strategies of complex employee relations issues and business matters, in addition to offering special counsel and coaching to employees, managers and peers.
Prior to joining Graham & Associates, LaTosha served as Senior HR Business Partner, for a Global Fortune 500 company.
