EDUCATION: BsCE in Civil/Environmental Engineering, University of Michigan, with advance coursework in Business Administration, University of Louisville

As Executive Vice President and Principal Engineer for Water/Wastewater Services, Ed is responsible for the overall management and growth of the water and wastewater service sectors for Graham & Associates including planning, design, construction management, and program management through all project phases. Ed is a Georgia certified water distribution system operator, and a Georgia certified wastewater treatment operator.

With more than 42 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, including eight years supporting the DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management Capital Improvement Program. His extensive familiarity with County processes, standards, and project delivery expectations strengthens our ability to provide consistent, informed, and responsive service and remains an asset to the team.

Prior to joining Graham, Ed spent 10 years of his career focused on managing utility operations. The first 24 years of his career was focused in the consulting engineering arena and included direct experience in leading field utility system studies, construction observations, planning/studies of municipal systems, designs, bidding, construction administration, project management, program management, client management, project development and overall leadership and administration of engineering firms.
