As Vice President of Water/Wastewater/Principal/Engineer, Ed is responsible for the overall management and growth of the water and wastewater service sectors for Graham & Associates including planning, design, construction management, and program management through all project phases. Ed is a Georgia certified water distribution system operator, and a Georgia certified wastewater treatment operator.
With more than 34 years of experience in a full range of water and wastewater utilities, both locally and abroad, Ed’s experience brings a wealth of knowledge to our leadership team. His project experience across various business sectors (construction, design, operations) are invaluable in helping Graham & Associates to expand.
Prior to joining Graham, Ed spent 10 years of his career focused on managing utility operations. The first 24 years of his career was focused in the consulting engineering arena and included direct experience in leading field utility system studies, construction observations, planning/studies of municipal systems, designs, bidding, construction administration, project management, program management, client management, project development and overall leadership and administration of engineering firms.
