LaShon joined Graham & Associates, Inc. in 2015.  In her role as Office Administrator, she is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions and plays a critical role in the company operations.  LaShon ensures that all timelines and deadlines are met at that the company remains in compliance with all local and federal government programs and regulations. Her background in accounting proved invaluable as the company grew exponentially over the past 5 years. 

LaShon has more than 15 years of experience as an administrative professional and has a strong ability to streamline processes, maximize efficiencies, keep executives organized and foster professional relationships within the organization and with clients and customers. 

Before joining Graham & Associates, Lashon spent over a decade managing and supporting both small and large businesses. Her organizational skills, coupled with her dedication, loyalty and commitment to business excellence has proven to be a strong asset for Graham & Associates.
